"Candy Corn" Pudding Parfaits

Looking for a quick and yummy dessert to feed your goblins on Halloween night?  How about Candy Corn Pudding Parfaits?

Inspired by Pinterest, my boys and I made these parfaits yesterday in seriously less than 10 minutes! I'm all about the quick treats!

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
1 Package of Vanilla Instant Pudding
Milk
Orange Food Coloring Gel
Whipped Cream
Parfait Cups

HOW TO:
Following the instructions on the pudding packaging, prepare the pudding. Before placing it in the refrigerator, divide the pudding evenly into two bowls.  In one bowl, add 2-3 drops of orange food coloring gel and stir.  Refrigerate both bowls per packaging instructions.  (My pudding set in 5 minutes).

Once pudding is set, fill parfaits cups with 1/3 vanilla pudding and 1/3 orange pudding then top with whipped cream.

Ta-Da!  "Candy Corn" Pudding Parfaits!

Thank you for visiting and hope you all have a wonderful and safe Halloween!

Enjoy!

Boo-tiful Halloween Fun!

It's no secret, I love Halloween. I've loved it since I was a little girl. Remember those awful plastic mask costumes? Ya, I fell victim to those costumes every year in the 80's and let me tell you, having worn glasses since Kindergarten, they were NO BUENO. I would get so hot under those masks, my glasses would fog up and I couldn't see.  I laugh now, but it was torture to get a little candy back in the day! Thankfully, costumes have come a long way since then.

Naturally, my boys have grown up loving Halloween and we go all out. This year we decked the house out with spooky decor, pulled out the fog machines and had a blast!

The Dessert Table:
Every November 1st, I hit my favorite stores and scoop up as much Halloween decor I can find on clearance. Last year I picked up an 18 ft. outdoor Gutter Ghost and used it as this year's back drop. I set up the torches I bought for our Knights and Dragons party to add ambiance.  I made sugar Bone Cookies, cupcakes, Mummy Graves (brownies topped with mummy cake pops with a candy tombstone) and "Finger Food" pudding cups. I also filled candy jars with candy corn and gumballs. I found a silicone ice tray in the Dollar Spot at Target and made spider web, monster eyeballs and spider fondant cupcake toppers.

The Monster Bar:
I also set up a "Monster Bar" for us to eat and hangout. Here I filled candy jars with vampire teeth, marshmallows, more candy corn and party favors.  I made jello brains and Marshmallow pops and set each table setting up with a spooky goblet, juice blood and syringe.

I LOVE these marshmallow "Brain Freeze" cones I found at the Dollar Tree. So creepy cute!

Our host, the "Mad Butcher". Don't let that boo-tiful smile fool you!

My boys..The "Mad Butcher", The "Evil Doctor" and "Flash". I just love these creeps!!!!

One of our guests....pay no attention to the "Evil Doctor" in the background.

Thanks for visiting and I hope you have a wonderful and SAFE Halloween!
