Michelle's Party Plan-It: DIY Easter Craft - Egg Critter Shelf Sitter

DIY Easter Craft - Egg Critter Shelf Sitter

Looking for a cute Easter activity for the kids? My two older sons and I created these cute little egg critter shelf sitters to hide around the house for my youngest son to find on Easter morning.  These are also great to keep the little hands busy while you put the finishing touches on your Easter festivities.

What you will need:
1. plastic Easter eggs
2. pipe cleaners
3. double sided tape or Zots
4. permanent marker
5. puff ball for bunny tail
6. googly eyes

Step 1:
Stick the pipe cleaner through the holes at the top of the egg.

Step 2:
Loop the pipe cleaners to make bunny ears.

Step 3:
Stick pipe cleaners through the holes of the bottom half of the egg for legs, curl them to make them look like bouncy springs.

Step 4:
Adhere a puff ball to the rear end area of the egg for a tail.

Step 5:
Adhere googly eyes and draw in a nose, mouth and whiskers.

And that's it! An adorable Egg Critter Shelf Sitter!

Enjoy and thank you for visiting!!!
